JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • 2+ years recent experience as marketing/advertising account service
  • Support account services fulfilling client tasks and ensuring client needs are met
  • Research market/competitive landscapes to be compiled in reports for external/internal use
  • Managing client meetings; updating plans, schedules and budgets
  • Provide strategic analysis of reports for digital campaigns, websites and eblast campaigns to clients
  • Develop and advance on our clients’ marketing strategies; writing creative briefs, engage with and guide internal teams, manage timeline of client needs
  • Have great experience with all advertising jobs (brochures, ads, websites, e-blasts, newsletters, etc.)
  • Preparing and executing marketing communications plans and schedules, public relations, social media and other marketing initiatives
  • Assist in development of new client proposals and on-boarding new clients

JOB/TECHNICAL SKILLS:

  • Above-average proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Working knowledge of Project Management/Communications tools
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects with multiple clients
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, organization and presentation skills
  • Strong understanding and demonstration of business etiquette and ethics
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and positive attitude
  • Grasp of financial management related to client budgets and sales
  • Flexible and able to problem-solve independently, work well in a high-pressure/fast-paced environment and collaborate productively with various departments and personalities
