Social Media Manager

  • Minimum of 4+ years of experience as an editor for brand social media, video/film and/or multimedia productions
  • Create, manage and own content calendar
  • Create/design content for social including graphics, photos, videos, etc
  • Design background, content creator who has a portfolio showing a track record of creating captivating graphics, photos, and videos for social media
  • Strong copywriting skills and a portfolio illustrating such for social is a plus
  • Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, Premiere and After Effects
  • Time management skills with a flexible mindset, ability to be calm and professional when pressure may arise
  • Editorial mindset who seeks to understand what audiences consume and how to connect with them
  • Understanding of marketing tactics, such as SEO, digital advertising, and email marketing
  • Extremely tech-savvy and ahead of the curve on new technologies, apps and software
  • Proven experience and success with producing original capture content and editing for fast moving projects and social media platforms (examples required)
  • Compelling content storyteller who can capture audience’s attention in 3, 7, 15, 30, 60 seconds; sometimes longer
  • On-point videography and photography skills on multiple devices such as the iPhone + gadgets, 8K camera, DSLR and Mirrorless cameras, lighting, audio, shoot in micro and macro
  • Excellent color correction and grading skills
  • Motion graphics, titling, gif creation, graphics and graphic design
  • Dubbing, mixing and sound editing
  • Excellent organization and folder management
  • Problem-solver and solutions-oriented
  • Flexible and able to problem-solve independently, work well in a high-pressure/fast-paced environment and collaborate productively with various departments and personalities
