Carroll promoted to account manager at Wilson Creative Group

Wilson Creative Group (WCG), a full-service advertising and marketing agency, has promoted Delaney Carroll to the position of account manager.

In this role, she is responsible for operating as the lead point of contact for client matters; maintaining trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and customer stakeholders; overseeing client account management; ensuring the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client needs and goals; clearly communicating the progress of initiatives to internal and external stakeholders; forecasting and tracking key account metrics; preparing reports on account status; collaborating with teammates to identify and grow opportunities within territory; and assisting with challenging client requests as needed.

Carroll joined WCG in January 2019 and has held positions of increased responsibility within the agency, most recently serving as senior account coordinator. In addition to an extensive digital marketing background including experience in Google Analytics and Google Ads, marketing automation platforms and email marketing, she has demonstrated enhanced abilities to manage teams; develop and manage large-scale marketing communications plans; establish and manage client budgets; develop creative strategies and briefs, and more. Carroll is a graduate of Grand Valley State University, Allendale, MI, with bachelor’s degrees in marketing and management.
