It’s almost here. What? Summer, of course. In Southwest Florida, we’re extremely lucky to experience beautiful weather all year round, yet on June 20th (the official start to summer), a new and important season will begin for us here at Wilson Creative Group.
We call it the strategy season, and it’s one of our primary objectives all summer long. While the temperatures outside are literally heating up and the snowbirds have flown away to their Midwest and East Coast homes, we’re hard at work, cranking up next season’s award-winning campaigns for our clients.
The importance of being carefully thought-out and analyzed in the world of marketing and advertising cannot be undervalued. A primary reason for our, and more importantly our clients’, success year after year is directly related to our meticulous and detailed anticipation and preparation for the season ahead.
Evaluating the market, understanding key competitors, discovering ways to accentuate brands’ strong points – it all happens in the off season. After all, it’s like Sun Tzu famously says in The Art of War, “Every battle is won before it is fought.”
