Website Wednesday Week 10: Refined Builders

Web Goal: emulate the unique perspective of a new-to-the-market brand by creating a truly captivating web experience

Refined Builders is one of Naples’ newest luxury custom home builders. From day one, they’ve been creating striking estates in some of Southwest Florida’s most spectacular communities like Port Royal, Tiburon and Aqualane Shores. Although they are relatively young company, their team brings together years of experience, allowing them to guide clients with a combination of a fresh perspective and industry knowledge.

Cut the Clutter
We worked with Refined to leverage their “new to the market” element to design, write and code a website which is truly captivating. A geometric graphic welcomes the visitor to the site, demonstrating the overwhelming abundance of possibilities facing every homeowner. The graphic soon fades to unveil a stunning estate, showing how Refined breaks through the distraction to deliver exactly what the client wanted. We crafted the copy to emphasize the fresh perspective they give to every client, thus continuing to leverage their USP.

Full Screen Sliders
To further emphasize Refined’s new approach to building, we utilized a homepage with a unique full screen scroll. Rather than simply moving down a single home page, the visitor encounters stunning full screen photography, subtly set in motion by reverse parallax. The engaging user experience continues with mouse over gradients, responsive CTA buttons and a pulsing location indicator on the contact page. It’s a gorgeous and memorable online experience.
