Marina Bay 880 commands an enviable location on Clearwater Harbor, offering a combination of midrise condominiums and townhome residences.
The target buyers for these jaw-dropping, modern, waterfront residences were affluent working professional singles and couples. The brand identity exploratory reflects a graphic appeal to an audience seeking a lifestyle ethos of boating, leisure, fine dining and nightlife.
Rather than create a traditional brochure, we tapped into Marina Bay 880’s “cool factor” with a multi-component “a la carte” sales kit with minimalist messaging and design. Individual two-sided pieces, each sized uniquely and highlighting a different aspect of the community allowed sales representatives to customize the contents of the sales kit for each prospect.
Our website evolution for Marina Bay 880 included a reimagined main navigation to optimize the user experience. We also updated the design to express sophistication. The narrative we wrote told a compelling destination story. And we made the site ADA compliant. Monthly e-blasts heightened the urgency to buy. Most units sold in the pre-construction phase.
To convey the maritime mood of the location, wood decking-style slats were adorned with brushed stainless channeled letters. Limestone/travertine slabs featured the carved wave icon from the logo. These elements were also expressed in signage throughout the community.
